I can not say enough wonderful things about Southern Precision Painting! They painted my living room, dining room, family room, hall bath, and foyer in one day. They were prompt, polite, skilled and conscientious. Holices Rivera (owner) gave me a detailed and very reasonable estimate. The crew cleaned up everything and left my house clean and back in order. We first met Holices as the head of a painting crew with Certa Pro over a year ago. Holices was (and still is) punctual,very polite, competent, reliable, professional yet always pleasant and approachable. He constantly communicated with us as the process of painting our house exterior was in progress. We also had them clean our windows while they were here. Holices was receptive to any requests and questions we asked, was well-informed, and was mindful of what his workers were doing and monitored the caliber of his crew's performance at all times. Holices and other workers were regularly asking if we were satisfied as to how their work looked, if we were pleased, etc. They did a very thorough paint job and cleaned up everything immaculately when finished. I told him we would recommend him to others due to his excellent work and attention to detail from beginning to end. Holices told us he wanted to start his own business with hopes of being able to go it alone at some point. It was clear then that he would definitely be successful in his pursuits. Fast-forward over a year later, Holices is now well on his way! We wanted our house to be pressured washed and the windows cleaned, and we knew just who to call. There was again absolutely no disappointment, and the crew who worked on our house, monitored by Holices, did an amazing job -- more thorough and competent than any other group who has done such jobs in the past over the 31 years we have lived here. Southern Precision Painting is recommended by us with no reservation whatsoever. Southern Precision Painting did an AMAZING job repainting the interior of our house. We had flat, construction grade paint that did not hold up with 3 kids and 2 dogs. They came in and prepped/painted/put back together my entire house in 2 days. They suggested colors, and design options. Very professional, affordable, and easy to communicate with.
