They took the time to explain everything that I needed to be explained if they didn’t know the answer they didn’t stop until they got the correct answer for me. What an awesome experience, considering the nature of our acquaintance. When I did not receive proper medical care at a local VA Hospital and became paralyzed, we needed help.
